2012 T-Spirit HSD

 HI, my car has this radio installed, which as the factory standard unit. Wondering how easy it is to upgrade to a touch screen, preferably with Android running it. The reversing camera cable would I guess need re-routing from the rear view mirror to the back of any new unit. Also, would like to keep the steering wheel functions. Has anyone done this before, what unit did they use, how did they go about it or general advice that you can give would be greatly appreciated. TIA
